Majestic vistas and abundant wildlife delight visitors to our working ranch 18 miles SW of historic Fort Davis, Texas. The campground and fine art complex sit 6,000 feet above sea level on a mountainside on the Old Spanish Trail between El Paso and San Antonio. Whether you seek quiet solitude, romantic seclusion or outdoor adventure, you can find it within close driving distance to Big Bend country's many tourist attractions.
Stay in one of three rustic cabins, bring your RV and enjoy full hook-ups, or pitch a tent at one of our picnic shelters. Shaded by pinon pine and oak, our small private campground is on an all-weather, all-terrain road a mile off Hwy 166, the Davis Mts Scenic Loop.
A birder's paradise, a naturalist's haven , at Crows Nest you can step into wild country. There's hiking for all levels of adventurers, time to listen to the silence, and a fine art gallery and museum that's easy on both eyes and feet.
Feel free to call 9 to 5 Central Time. You might need to leave a message. The campground is a small part of a working ranch. We might be herding cattle or something-- we'll get back to you soon as we can!
